Who am I?

I'm Stephanie Romeo.

Shaped by a journey of rebuilding after severe burns, I became a certified life coach and created the KAL™ Method.

Specialized in emotional and stress management, I help individuals who want to regain confidence, serenity, and momentum, even through the most challenging times, and professionals facing high stress levels to restore balance and inner peace.
